I am a consultant in the area of Learning and Development focusing on soft skills, leadership and management, and team development. I have extensive experience in designing and facilitating custom development programmes tailored to each clients’ needs. In my work, I use a mixture of different learning methods, like coaching, training (classroom and online), psychometric assessments and others. My experience spans over 10 years in multinational corporations in the IT and online gaming sectors and working with employees and managers in different hierarchical levels in Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East.
